Team NDSS Visit to National Skills University Islamabad

Meeting with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar

Team NUML Digital Skills Society visited National Skills University on 7th Jan, 2022 and met Vice Chancellor, Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar. Vice chancellor National Skills University is a great personality. He hosted us astoundingly. He had gone through our project proposal beforehand. Firstly, we put forward our statements and so the session began. The meeting was recorded. He was very happy to see us working on this great challenging domain at our earlier stages of academics. He explained us how NSU developed and what was the feedback of the people around.

In his opinion, digital skills can be classified into three categories:

  • Basic
  • Intermediate
  • Higher Advance

We as a nation are still on the basic level and can not make progress until our bases are strong enough to bear the burden of the castle. He briefed us about the numerous courses taking place at NSU. As far as his contribution is required for the project, he would surely be assisting us anytime.

Project Supervisor - Dr. Athar Rashid
