CAN WE CHANGE THE WORLD?

We have been hearing since our childhood that many people have brought a drastic change in society. They were not from another planet; they were just like us “A NORMAL HUMAN BEING” but you know what has made them different from us, their belief that they can impact the world and make a substantial change in society.

Having this vision in mind we started an effort to bring waves through our small initiative “CLEAN AWAY”. It is unfortunate to say that no other living thing has affected the environment as much as humans did. We’re deteriorating the air, water, and land at unprecedented rates which are ultimately affecting the wellbeing and safety of everything on earth, including us. The " CLEAN AWAY " is a leading community-based initiative with an objective to inform, educate and empower society. Our initiative is a step towards sustainable waste management with an aim to promote 3Rs (reduce_reuse_recycle) through an awareness-raising campaign based on an integrated communication strategy. We believe every citizen can make a difference by taking action. If we put together our efforts and we commit to doing our share to improve the environment then we will be able to keep our surroundings clean and our ecosystem healthier.

We cannot sit and wait for someone to come and rescue us. It’s our prime responsibility to challenge our potential powers because societal change occurs when individuals take a pledge for a significant shift. We internalize that most effective social movements tackle issues at the root instead of only looking at the effects. We know healing the planet takes time but our efforts will definitely reap a reward, slowly and steadily but it will because actions speak louder than words.
