MEETING AT NEECA

 

The story is about meeting at NEECA. We visited “NEECA” on December 30, 2021. We met “ENGINEER MUHAMMAD UMAR” “MANAGER TECHNICAL” & talked about energy conservation. He said that energy conservation policy has been formulated at the national level and stakeholder workshops are running, so a team has gone to Karachi today in this regard. Basically energy policy is made at national level. The first energy policy was made in 2006 and NEECA have revised & updated the same policy. So there are workshops on it. He further said there will be workshops in Islamabad so we can invite you. You can also come and participate and you will also have an idea. Then we asked for funding.

We said it is our job to give awareness so we will give awareness in the university through posters printing. He said that as far as financing is concerned, only“MD” (MANAGING DIRECTOR) approves it. “MD” is not here yet. “ENG MUHAMMAD UMAR” Sir said that you share your proposal with us by creating a page agenda and you mentioned that you want to spread awareness through posters in the university & you want “NEECA” to funding our promotion material. So this is how your latter will come to us and we will show your concept to our “MANAGING DIRECTOR” then “MD” will see to what extent he can support you. He said the latter should be handed over to “NEECA” by your “SUPERVISOR DR ATHAR RASHID” signature on it. Finally, “ENG M UMAR” said that whenever there is a workshop on Energy conservation in Islamabad, we will invite you. Team “ENERGY CONSERVATION AND EFFICIENCY EDUCATION CLUB” got appreciated from ENG MUHAMMAD NOUMAN. He gave us Appreciation Letter as well.
