Realizing the lack of spirit among youth, NUML Digital Skills Society comes up to ignite the passion among youth, aiming to create an inclusive space to learn, unlearn and relearn.
The Phoenix is a mythical bird symbolizing renewal and hope. Just like the phoenix emerges from its ashes, NDSS aims at reskilling the youth by magnifying their voices and enabling them to self-organize.
Selecting the most appealing color on spectrum, Blue color represents intelligence and responsibility and many other positive traits. With the most royal color on palette, Purple color represents creativity, wisdom and ambition with other regal attributes. In conjunction, it solely depicts our aim, purpose and thoughts making it something very close and dear to us.
Social action is about people coming together to help improve their lives and solve the problems that are important in their communities. It can include volunteering, giving money, community action or simple neighbourly acts. A social action project prepares students to identify, plan and carry out solutions to problems within their school, community and beyond. Social projects engage students in acting on their beliefs.
