Badminton Matches:
We conducted two badminton
matches which is a healthy activity and much better then smoking and getting
addicted to other bad activities. Playing badminton has several health benefits like it’s a total body workout,
socializing, improves your mental wellbeing, heart health, increased life
expectancy, improved mobility, badminton is a flexible exercise etc. It
helps keep your mind relaxed while at the same time motivates you to do better,
good for mental health.
