Team Environmental Parliament at NUML conducted Proposal webinar of their Social Action Project which is about the introduction of the project. In the webinar, the team members told participants about the project. Also the members have given a short introduction about their roles and responsibilities in the project. This proposal seminar was held on 9th of December and almost 30-34 participants joined this
webinar. The contents of this webinar includes background, feasibility, continuity, objectives, outcomes and measuring tools of the project. It also includes the ways through which they can contact us for further information and these are through the social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram.
Social action is about people coming together to help improve their lives and solve the problems that are important in their communities. It can include volunteering, giving money, community action or simple neighbourly acts. A social action project prepares students to identify, plan and carry out solutions to problems within their school, community and beyond. Social projects engage students in acting on their beliefs.
